Open Enrollment Information

  • ALL BENEFITED EMPLOYEES including retiring and non-renewed, MUST open enroll in order to obtain, continue, or waive benefits that begin July 1 for the 2024-2025 plan year. 
    All participants must open enroll through Employee Access by April 19, 2024.

    EMPLOYEE STEPS:

    • Sign in to Employee Access at
      (Instructions can be found at: Open Enrollment - Accessing Your Benefit Portal (Spanish Version HERE)
    • Medical plan options appear in Alphabetical order, NOT the lowest premium first!  Please be sure to look carefully at the plan you are choosing!
    • Elections will not be defaulted to your current elections – if you need to see what you have currently selected, click the button to VIEW EXISTING ELECTIONS
